Drill: Elite Kicking Feedback -Part 2

So for this next drill we are going to fake going one way, like you are going to kick and then come back at the target. Make sure that as you come around you get your arms ready so that when you kick the Precision, it goes dead straight.

EQUIPMENT YOU NEED:

  • 1x Sherrin Precision football (your usual size)
  • Training cones

FOCUS POINTS:

  • You will need to practice this drill for 20-30 minutes each session and 2-3 times per week to become a really good kick.
  • Fake going one way, turn 90 degrees then kick towards the target.
  • Keep your arms in the channel
