2024 SANFL Grand Final

The 2024 SANFL Grand Final is upon us with Glenelg taking on Norwood, in a contest that hasn’t happened since 1982. This is despite at least one of the two teams having made the Grand Final in 5 of the last 6.

Glenelg will be aiming to win back to back premierships, against the minor premiers in the Redlegs who last won the premiership in 2022.

Both teams won their home fixture against the other, and as the match is at the neutral Adelaide Oval, it promises to be an absolute classic. Both teams also enter the Grand Final in terrific form, with Norwood winning their Semi Final against Central District by 59 points to head straight to the

Grand Final. Glenelg won their three finals matches by 71, 31 and 38 points to feel they are a big chance to cause an upset.

The 2024 Grand Final will take place at Adelaide Oval on Sunday, September 22 from 2:30pm.
